It is very important that you must know how to do yoga ? You must be aware of the best ways to do Yoga.
Doing the Yogic Asanas or yogic exercise in a proper way, with precaution will give you desired result. 
Please read all points and understand carefully. You should not miss any one.
The following are the various precautions that one must take while doing Yogic asanas:
1. You should not be in hurry while doing Yoga. Be patient. Yogic act is combination of mind, heart, and body movements.
2. Those who are having High Blood Pressure, Heart Problems, should have slow body movements. Also you should initially do Yoga under expert advises and guidance.
3. Yogic movements should not be sudden. It may take time for your body to be flexible.
4. Idle time of Yoga is in early morning.
5. Sleep well in night. At least 6-8 hours of complete sleep.
6. You should be with empty stomach at time of Yoga.

    Normally Stomach empties itself within 3-4 hours of taking food.

Avoid meals before doing yoga or keep a sufficient time difference between meal time and yoga time.

    In morning discharge yourself fully before performing Yogic Asanas

7.  You should make all possible attempt to perform Yoga in complete serenity.

     This is one of the vital requirement before beginning yoga.

8.   Don’t wear tight fitting cloths while doing Yoga
The choice of clothes that you wear will greatly impact your asanas. Choose  wearing comfortable clothes while doing yoga. The types of yoga poses that you wish to do will decide the clothes that you should be wearing.
9.   Always do yoga on a mat.
       Never do yoga on bare land.
10. Advanced yoga asanas should be practised under proper guidance, or else it may lead to a serious back injury.
11. Conclude your Yoga Asanas or exercise with 5 minutes of Yoga meditation to boost up your energy levels

12. You must be persistent and regular with Yogic exercise.
